Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a full refund under our 60-Day Clinical Trial, the following conditions must be met strictly:
- Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 60 calendar days from the date your hardware was delivered.
- Condition: The panel and all accessories must be in their original, undamaged, and working condition. Scratched, dented, or heavily misused hardware will be subject to a restocking fee or rejection.
- Packaging: All original aerospace-grade packaging, power cables, protective eyewear, and mounting hardware must be included in the return shipment.

We have streamlined our return logistics to be as frictionless as possible. Follow these three steps:

Once your return is received at our U.S. headquarters, our clinical technicians will inspect the hardware within 3-5 business days. Upon successful inspection, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please note that it may take an additional 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds to your account. Shipping costs (if expedited shipping was chosen at checkout) are non-refundable.
4. Exclusions & Limitations
While our Pro Series panels are covered by the 60-day trial, certain items have restricted return policies:
- Stands & Mounts: Base stands, motorized stands, and vertical stands have a standard 30-day return window.
- Wellness Accessories: Items like the Calming Lamp or Skincare Masks must be returned unopened and unused due to hygiene and sanitary regulations.
- International Returns: Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated customs/duties.
